What we do

VoidAi provides AI consulting and governance-layer installation services for small companies and solo AI founders. Engagements are productized: fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline (5-15 business days each). The founder leads delivery with AI-agent assistance.

Payment

50% deposit at SOW signature
50% balance at signoff (delivery acceptance), Net 7
Stripe-hosted checkout; we never see your card directly
Late fee: 1.5% per month on balances past Net 7

Cancellation

Cancel before kickoff: full refund minus processing fees (~3%)
Cancel during engagement: pro-rated refund based on hours delivered
Cancel after signoff: no refund (the work is delivered)
We can cancel for material breach (non-payment, abusive behavior, illegal request)

What you own; what we own

Upon final payment:

You own the work product we deliver to you - the configured agents, scripts, dashboards, docs.
We retain our pre-existing methodology, the Void / VoidAi architecture pattern, the Guardian framework, the audit-log-as-ledger design, and our reusable agent templates. You get a perpetual, royalty-free license to use what we deliver inside your organization.
We may use your engagement (anonymized) as a case study only with your written approval.

Liability cap

Our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is capped at the total fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Acceptable use

No illegal use of the work we deliver
No reverse-engineering for competitive purposes
No reselling our delivered agents to third parties without written approval

Disputes

Good-faith negotiation first (30 days). Then binding arbitration via the American Arbitration Association. Small-claims carve-out for disputes under $10k. Governing law: [TO BE SPECIFIED at first engagement based on founder's state of residence].

Changes to these terms

Active customers' SOWs lock in the terms in effect at signature. We may update these public terms with 30 days' notice; updates do not retroactively apply to your engagement.
