This is a v0 plain-English stub of our Privacy Policy. A Termly-generated, GDPR/CCPA-compliant version replaces this text on first paid engagement. The substance below is what the formal version will say.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on voidco.com we collect: your name, email, company name (optional), the body of your message (problem-worth-solving, what-tried, budget-range, timeline), and your IP address (via Cloudflare for security and abuse prevention).

We do not collect: SSN, government IDs, financial-account numbers, biometric data, precise geolocation, medical data, or anything from third-party tracking pixels.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry, qualify whether we're a fit, and (if we engage) deliver and invoice the work.

Who we share it with

Anthropic (Claude API) - for analysis and content drafting. Per Anthropic's API terms, your data is not used to train their models. See anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
Cal.com - for scheduling discovery calls (only if you book one).
n8n (self-hosted) - for routing form submissions internally.
Stripe - for payment processing (only if we engage; we never see your card directly).
Cloudflare - for hosting and edge security (IP-level only).

We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not run advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking pixels.

How long we keep it

Active prospects: 24 months from last interaction
Cold leads: 12 months from last interaction
Active customers: 7 years (US tax-record retention)

Your rights

Under GDPR and CCPA you can request:

A copy of all data we have about you
Correction of any data we have wrong
Deletion of your data (subject to legal-retention requirements)
Export of your data in a portable format (JSON or CSV)
Confirmation we don't sell your data to third parties

Email jeff@voidco.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security

Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+ via Cloudflare). Encrypted at rest. Access controlled to the founder and AI agents under a capability allowlist. No raw data exported to third-party analytics or CRMs. The audit log preserves provenance for every action an agent takes against your data.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If we learn we have, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

When this policy is replaced with the Termly-generated version, the "Last updated" date below changes. Material changes affecting active customers get a 30-day notice via email.
