2026 / The Void / Operating

A corporation that fits
in one founder's head.

VoidAi is a headless corporation. The founder is the only human; every other employee is a Claude-driven agent governed by a written charter, an enforced capability allowlist, a daily budget, and an autonomy ladder. The audit log is the corporate ledger.

Most AI consultancies sell you agents and walk away. We install the governance layer underneath them — capability gates, audit logs, daily caps, shadow-window promotions — so the agents are safe to run unattended on day one. You own it. We tune it. Then we leave.

The three pillars

01 / DELIVERY

The Void

A Windows-hosted Obsidian vault. Holds shared memory, handoffs, knowledge, inbox, error dictionary. Every agent reads + writes here, never elsewhere.

02 / GOVERNANCE

Guardian

A capability gate every action passes through. Per-agent allowlists, immutable red lines, rate limits, daily caps. Refuses before consulting any spec.

03 / OBSERVABILITY

Audit log

One append-only JSONL row per action. Cost, latency, outcome, run_id, agent. Doubles as observability substrate and corporate ledger.

What happens without it

WITHOUT GOVERNANCE

Silent failure mode

  • Runaway loop costs $4,000 overnight; you find out at 9am.
  • An agent emails the wrong customer; no audit trail to forensically reconstruct what happened.
  • Capability creep: "just one more permission" repeats until the agent has keys-to-the-kingdom and nobody remembers why.
  • When something does break, the only logs are CloudWatch and a Slack channel from 6 months ago.

WITH VOIDAI INSTALLED

Loud-fail by design

  • Daily cap fires before $4k. Audit row + Slack alert at $1.
  • Every agent action writes one JSONL row. grep run_id state/audit.jsonl reconstructs the chain.
  • Capability gate is deny-by-default. Adding capabilities requires a written charter edit + Guardian-approved spec.
  • Promotion (L0 → L1) requires a 48-hour clean shadow window. No "trust me" overrides.

Built in public

Every decision, every failure, every fix — on the record.

We use ourselves as the first case study. The Build Log captures sprint kickoffs, post-mortems, and the operator-runbook that runs the company. The audit log preserves provenance for every action an agent takes — cost, latency, outcome, agent, run_id. If you want to know what 14 hours of agent-shaped work looks like, the artifacts are right there.

Who this is for

PERSONA 01 / DROWNING OPERATOR

"We have eight scattered scripts, a Notion board nobody updates, and a customer-support queue I look at twice a day to make sure nothing's on fire. I don't know where to start with AI agents."

You're a VP Engineering, Head of Operations, or founder/COO at a 10-100 person company. Manual ops drudgery exceeds cognitive bandwidth. We replace it with a small AI agent workforce you trust — auditable, capability-gated, cost-capped from day one.

PERSONA 02 / SOLO AI FOUNDER

"I don't need someone to build me agents — I need the boring ops infrastructure around them. Audit logging. Capability gates. Cost caps. The stuff every AI consultancy should ship but no one does."

You're a solo developer or small AI startup. You've shipped agents. What you don't have is the governance + observability layer. We install our entire stack on your host, tuned to your intake, in 7 business days. You own everything.

If you sound like one of these, keep reading. If you're at a Fortune 500 with 6-month procurement cycles, we're probably not the right fit (yet).

Want one for yourself?

We install the same pattern at client orgs — the vault, the agents, the governance — tuned to your intake stream. 7 business days.
